Cedarwood Village Condos are located in New Port Richey, FL. They are off Little Road and very close to Gunn HWY 54.
Our condos are in the historic Seven Springs area, with the same zip code as Trinity. Our location is very convenient, with Shopping malls and easy access to US 19 in all directions. Surrounding towns such as Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Port Richey, and Odessa offer much to do and see.
OUR LOCATION
If you are new in the area or didn’t have had a chance to explore the beautiful places we are surrounded by. Tarpon Springs is a city on central Florida’s Gulf Coast. Greek eateries line waterfront Dodecanese Boulevard, a legacy of the Greek sponge divers who settled here in the early 1900s. Along the water, the Historic Sponge Docks are a reminder of the once booming industry.

Managing our beautiful condos takes time, effort, and money. What better way by as many neighbors as able to help with any tools they have to gather one morning and clean dead bushes, debris, etc?
